The Dixie Fire Collaborative and the Indian Valley Chamber of Commerce are excited to announce a new opportunity for local businesses: the Local Business Sign Grant. This initiative is designed to help businesses in the Dixie Fire burn scar enhance their visibility and attract more customers by providing funding for signage improvements.

This grant is part of the Small Business Marketing Assistance Grant, which aims to support businesses by offering access to professional marketing resources. Eligible businesses will receive assistance in boosting their digital and physical presence, ultimately strengthening their brand and customer outreach.

With this funding, businesses can apply for signage improvements, whether it be storefront signs, wayfinding signs or other branding materials that contribute to a stronger business presence in the community.

To qualify for this grant, businesses must operate within the Dixie Fire burn scar. This includes  Taylorsville, Crescent Mills, Indian Falls, Greenville and Canyon Dam communities. Applicants must demonstrate a clear need for marketing and signage assistance and commit to follow-up reporting on the impact of the grant.

Selected recipients will be connected with marketing specialists from Kata Marketing in Quincy and the Indian Valley Chamber of Commerce to receive guidance on maximizing the benefits of their new signage.

This grant presents an excellent opportunity for local businesses to rebuild, grow and thrive in the wake of the Dixie Fire. If your business could benefit from new signage and marketing assistance, we encourage you to apply today!
